Terms of Service

You need an account to run a shop on Rya. You can sign up with an email and password or with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account.

You must be old enough to run a business in your country, and the details you give us about your shop must be accurate.

Every shop gets its own web address at yourname.rya.life. Addresses are given out first come, first served. We may reclaim an address that impersonates someone else, infringes a trademark, is offensive, or belongs to an abandoned account.

• Gives your shop a public page to showcase your finished work.
• Lets you log walk-in and online orders with photos, measurements and due dates.
• Creates a private tracking link so your customer can follow their order.
• Keeps a simple record of deposits and balances you enter yourself.

Rya is a record-keeping and presentation tool. We are not a party to any agreement between you and your customer, and we do not guarantee any sale, delivery or outcome.

Rya is not a payment gateway and does not process or hold money. When you add your UPI ID, Rya simply displays a QR code so your customer can pay you directly. The money moves between their bank and yours through UPI — never through Rya.

Amounts, deposits, refunds and disputes are entirely between you and your customer. Please make sure the UPI ID you enter is correct; we cannot recover a payment sent to a wrong ID.

Rya offers a free plan and paid plans (Growth and Pro), each with its own monthly limits on trackers and online orders. Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees.

To upgrade, you pay by UPI and upload your payment screenshot. We review it and activate your plan, usually within a day. If a payment cannot be verified, we will tell you and your shop stays on its current plan. When a paid month ends without renewal, your shop returns to the free plan limits — your data is not deleted.

Because plans are activated manually after a confirmed transfer, paid months are generally non-refundable once activated. If something went wrong, write to us and we will sort it out fairly.

The photos, product names, prices and order details you upload remain yours. You give Rya permission to store and display them on your shop page and tracking links so the service can work.

You confirm you have the right to use every photo you upload, including photos of client work, and that they do not infringe anyone's copyright or privacy.

• Upload unlawful, stolen, obscene or misleading content.
• Impersonate another business or use someone else's brand name.
• Sell counterfeit goods or run scams through your shop page.
• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to Rya or other shops' data.
• Collect other people's information from Rya without their consent.

We work hard to keep Rya online, but the service is provided as is, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Please keep your own backup of anything critical to your business.

You can stop using Rya at any time and ask us to delete your shop. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other users, or is used unlawfully.

To the extent allowed by law, Rya is not liable for lost profits, lost orders, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms as Rya grows. If a change is significant, we will note it on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of West Bengal.
